Gibson School of the Arts is excited to offer more March Break camp options than ever before! Choose either of these exciting week long camp options, or Mix 'N Match to create your perfect March Break arts experience! You also have the option to sign up for one day at a time if you're not available for the whole week. You can try it all!

Taste of the Arts

This brand new week of camp comes to you as a extension of our Taste of the Arts event held at the Gibson Centre in January! With a new genre of the arts to try everyday, this is the perfect March Break camp for kids who like to change things up and try a little bit of everything.

Monday: Art Attack!
Join visual artist and teacher Christina Luck as you try different exciting visual arts activities and express the young artist in you!

Tuesday: Piano Play!
An introduction to playing the piano and understanding music, including fun games and activities! The talented Carlina LaLomia leads this day of camp.

Wednesday: Ready, Set, Cook!
A fun day learning to making simple and fun recipes in the kitchen with holistic nutritionist and food expert Sherry O'Connor. Enjoy exciting activities designed to teach young chefs more about the food they eat!

Thursday: Beat The Drums!
Learn how to let the beat flow through you as Janet Hayward shares her talent and infectious love of all things rhythm! Make your very own drum to bring home with you!

Friday: Glee!
Have a fun-filled day singing and dancing to popular music. Vocal teacher Nanette Seaman and dance instructor Heather Taws work together to give you a magically musical experience. Have a performance ready by the end of the day!

No Business Like Show Business!

Join our Gibson School of the Arts Theatre Director, the amazing Chandra Pepper, for a wonderful week exploring all aspects of the theatre! Each day is crafted to show a different and important aspect of what is involved in the theatrical world. The fun awaits!

Monday: Stagecraft!
A day filled with theatre games and exercises revolving around character building, scene study and lots of acting.

Tuesday: Improv!
An action-packed day of improvisation! Hilarious games and exercises as we create scenes on the spot.

Wednesday: Once Upon A Time!
A storytelling day based on myths and Fairy tales. Actors will write, and perform in their own fairy tale!

Thursday: Musical Mayhem!
Bring your voices to the stage as we exploring different music genres. Have a number prepared by then end of the day!

Friday: On with the Show!
Our production day where actors learn to produce and design their own show for everyone to see.

**All end of day performances will be filmed and sent home for the whole family to enjoy!**

Cost: $40 a day or $160 for the week (SAVE $40!!)

Early Bird: Register by February 24th and pay ONLY $135 for the whole week!
